The course of study
The four-year Bachelor's programme in Social Sciences in Europe offers a thematically focused, undergraduate study of the social sciences. You will acquire knowledge of theories, methods and research topics in political science and sociology. A special focus is on comparative country and social analysis, Europe, international relations, transnationality and globalization as well as the development of European integration, which is empirically and theoretically examined.
A year abroad at our partner universities promotes your intercultural and language skills and offers you the opportunity to get to grips with the ‘Europe’ project in practice.

Admission requirements
The B.A. Social Sciences in Europe programme always starts in the winter semester. Requirements for access are the general university entrance qualification, the subject-specific university entrance qualification or the technical college entrance qualification.
